  • Pre-construction – €1,950,000 (10% payment) – Current Stage
  • Under construction – €1,995,000 (35% payment)
  • Late stage construction – 2,045,000 (65% payment)
  • Finished property – €2,095,000 (Full payment)

An Outstanding Plot

Villa Vida is an approved project situated 250 meters above sea level. This special property will be built on an extensive plot of 1240 meters. Due to the inclination of the surrounding terrain, the view can be described as a forever ocean view. The plot is also in a quiet location situated alongside other already completed Bespoke Villas. The large size of the plot and property allows for secluded outdoor dining with a large BBQ area, there will also be a spectacular ocean infinity pool. The lower gin terrace and extensive tropical fruit gardens will also give endless evenings of enjoyment. Inside there will also be a contemporary open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs all the bedrooms are sea facing. An art studio, home cinema or wine cellar can also be added.

15 Month Build

Villa Vida is a 3 bedroom project, it is already approved by the local authorities, the electric and water supply will soon be in place to start the building. The construction time of the project is 15 months until the property is ready for the handover. As this is a project currently in pre-construction, this means the internal finishing can be selected and a high degree of bespoke finishes and internal changes to the room’s layout can be made throughout the entire design and build. As this will be a build project, the build progress will be supported by our normal weekly photographic and drone imagery. This will be a stunning property in a lovely and quiet area, Funchal will be close to hand as the access is quick and smooth.

General conditions:

  • To secure a project a legal contract and payment is required.
  • The payment schedule is not fixed and can be mutually agreeable.
  • All bespoke selections should be made at least 16 weeks ahead of installation to avoid delays.
  • We ideally request two client visits during the construction period to make finishing selections.
  • A legally binding build protection is automatically included within the contract.
  • Build Madeira projects are generally not suited to clients who require bank mortgages.
