Pre-Approved

Build Madeira specialises in pre-approving projects and building luxurious villas on our own 50 plus plots. In developing the right design for each villa, our team work from the design and through the build, advising you on potential alterations and design ideas that are identified in the construction stages. Our flexible approach will produce the best results for your project making us the ideal builders for your future property.

Bespoke Finishes

Depending on the construction stage of any particular project, we offer a full bespoke service in line with our sister company Bespoke Villas. This means all internal parts of a Build Madeira project can be completely customised and selected according to your own taste and overall budget. We also offer flexible and variable payment options for a complete peace of mind.
