Stunning Sunsets

Sunset Villa will be a property with a spectacular South Westerly view on a quiet land looking over the sea and the Ponta do Sol coastline. The villa will have the kitchen and lounge downstairs with a plunge pool directly in front of the lounge with a private side terrace. Upstairs we will be building 2 generous bedrooms both featuring an ensuite, the master suite will also have a walk-in style wardrobe. The shape of the plot and positioning of the property will see the master suite facing the due south while the second ensuite offers views for many miles to Madeira’s mountains. The location on a quiet lane is about 3 mins drive to the charming Ribeira Brava seafront cafes or around 20 mins to Funchal city centre.

12 Month Project

The project plans of Sunset Villa are already approved by the local authorities, the electric and water supply will soon be in place to start the building. The construction time of the project is just 12 months until the property is ready for the client handover. As this is a project currently in pre-construction, this means the internal finishing can be selected and a high degree of bespoke finishes and internal changes to the room’s layout can be made throughout the entire design and build. As this will be a build project, the build progress will be supported by our normal weekly photographic and drone imagery.

General conditions:

  • To secure a project a legal contract and payment is required.
  • The payment schedule is not fixed and can be mutually agreeable.
  • All bespoke selections should be made at least 16 weeks ahead of installation to avoid delays.
  • We ideally request two client visits during the construction period to make finishing selections.
  • A legally binding build protection is automatically included within the contract.
  • Build Madeira projects are generally not suited to clients who require bank mortgages.
