Ready To Build

Ocean Villa is an approved project situated 340 meters above sea level. This bungalow style project will be built on a plot of 430 meters. Due to the inclination of the surrounding terrain, the view is 280 degrees around and out over the ocean, the future property will be southwest facing and have unrivalled sunsets. The plot is also in a very nice and quiet location situated alongside another already sold project which will begin in August.   • A legally binding build protection is automatically included within the contract.
  • Build Madeira projects are generally not suited to clients who require bank mortgages.
