Holiday Villa

Marina Villa is an approved project situated 335 meters above sea level. This detached villa project will be built on a plot of 535 meters. Due to the inclination of the surrounding terrain, the view can will be directly into the marina at Lugar do Baixo and out over the ocean. The future property will be south facing and have some great sunsets. The plot is also in a very nice and quiet location situated alongside another already sold project which will begin in September.
